I booked this hotel as a birthday treat for my teenager. i told the hotel in advance. They kindly upgraded our room. my teen was very impressed with the tv above the bath! there were balloons in the room and we returned in the evening to a special cake plate.

heated poolunique entertainment
I really appreciated the hotel's amenities. the heated pool was relaxing, and the sauna was a nice touch after a long day. i also enjoyed the bowling alley. It provided a unique entertainment option right in the hotel.
the tv remote in my room had a few buttons that were unresponsive, but it was a minor inconvenience.

city viewpower issue
i found the staff very friendly and helpful they provided an iron and ironing board when i requested it the rooftop terrace provided fantastic city views it was great. the hotel offers many facilities so guests should plan if they want to use them. i was generally happy with my stay.
the hotel had many staff but they seemed unorganized i had to ask for towels shampoo robe an iron and ironing board a hair drier a kettle and a mug.
